Ingredients: urad dal 1/2 cup dry red chillies 6-8 lemon juice 6-8tbsps salt to taste Method of preparation: Heat pan, add urad dal, red chillies and fry until dal turn light brown. Cool to room temperature and grind into fine powder. In a bowl take the sufficient amount of powder and add lemon juice and salt.
