Blog Pinging: Pinging is a process that you do to alert specific directories that you have made changes and added content to your RSS feed. Not all RSS, Blog and Podcasting directories can be pinged.
Unlike pingoat which i blogged here. You dont need to have a blog to ping. Just an rss will do for Feedping. But pingoat has extensive categories and dedicated url for oneself to ping back which is good.
