press n and search for these lines, double click to toggle values and right click for options to edit
network.dns.disableIPv6 -> true
network.http.pipelining -> true
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests -> 20 or more but lessthan 40 is good
network.http.proxy.pipelining -> true
